- Strong SDLC / STLC and Agile/Scrum knowledge.

- Experience conducting QA process audits / compliance reviews.
- Jira / Azure DevOps or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.

- ITIL / Six Sigma / CMMI / ISO knowledge.
- Release governance experience.
