Job Description Repeat Vertical (Business Loan to LAP Conversion)

Position: Relationship Manager

Industry: NBFC / Banking

Salary - upto 30K Gross monthly + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with existing Business Loan customers and identify opportunities for conversion to Loan Against Property (LAP).

Generate leads from the existing customer database and build a solid conversion pipeline.

Understand customer funding requirements and explain LAP product features, eligibility, and benefits.

Conduct customer meetings, collect required documents, and coordinate with internal teams for loan processing.

Follow up with customers throughout the loan journey to ensure timely disbursement.

Achieve monthly conversion and disbursement targets.





Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility:

6 months to 3 years of experience in Business Loans, LAP, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services sales.

Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.

Ability to handle customer portfolios and drive cross-selling opportunities.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in Business Loan, LAP, Mortgage, SME Lending, or existing customer relationship management within NBFCs/Banks.
