Role & responsibilities
Candidates must have a background in AC or Refrigerator (mandatory).
Experience in Field Quality, Customer Quality, or Product Quality within the HVAC / Home Appliances industry.
Robust understanding of customer complaints, field failure analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Hands-on experience in CAPA, 8D, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Ability to coordinate with manufacturing, R&D;, service, and cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.
