JOB DESCRIPTION EHS EXECUTIVE / OFFICER

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining workplace health and safety standards, ensuring EHS compliance, identifying hazards, conducting safety training, and implementing preventive measures to reduce workplace risks and accidents.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to workplace safety practices.
- Conduct safety induction, training, and emergency/mock drills.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and maintain reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, health, and environmental requirements.
- Inspect fire safety equipment,



emergency exits, and safety facilities.
- Maintain EHS records, checklists, reports, and audit documentation.
- Support internal/external EHS audits and coordinate corrective actions.
- Monitor waste management, environmental compliance, and pollution-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable factory, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.

Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Safety, Setting, Industrial Safety, or a related field with relevant EHS experience.
