Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Python.
- Build and maintain web applications using FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
- Work with event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing.
- Integrate and manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SES, ECS, and EKS.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand business requirements.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Perform code reviews and participate in technical discussions.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases.
- Write effective SQL queries and use ORM tools such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
- Debug, troubleshoot,



and optimize application performance.
- Implement security, scalability, and reliability best practices.
- Use Git and CI/CD pipelines for version control and deployment.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure automation using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP tools to improve development efficiency.
- Use project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, YouTrack, or Asana.
