is looking for a hands-on AI + Data Operations transformation leader who has already built and implemented GenAI/Agentic AI solutions and has managed a 5060+ member team.

The person will lead MSCI’s Coimbatore Data Operations + AI Transformation function.

In straightforward terms, they need someone who can:

Manage a 50–70+ member team.

Understand Data Operations + Data Analytics.

Have 4+ years of hands-on GenAI experience.

Have strong Python + SQL skills.

Have worked on Agentic AI for at least the last 1 year.

Actually created AI agents and AI/data models, not just managed teams doing it.

Have experience with LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph and AI automation.

Build AI pipelines and understand the backend architecture/process.





Use AI to automate and redesign existing business processes.

Demonstrate business impact—cost saving, productivity, quality improvement, faster processing, etc.

Understand why an AI project was built, what business problem it solved and how it was implemented.

Work with Technology, Engineering, Product and Operations teams.

Drive process re-engineering and transformation at scale.

The ideal profile in one line:

AI/GenAI + Agentic AI + Data Analytics/Data Operations + Python/SQL + 50–60+ team management + hands-on transformation leader.
