Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Healthcare

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in US Healthcare Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Recruit for positions such as Registered Nurses (RNs), LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, Allied Health professionals, and other healthcare roles.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and eligibility.
- Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Verify candidate credentials, licenses, certifications, work authorization, and other required documentation.




- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the ATS regularly.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare recruitment and client-specific requirements.

Requirements

- 1–3+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment/Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing/recruitment market.
- Experience with healthcare job portals and ATS/recruitment databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a US shift/night shift environment.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced recruitment environment.
