Role & responsibilities

Calibration Management

- Coordinate calibration activities with vendors, users, and internal departments.
- Monitor and track calibration schedules to ensure timely execution.
- Execute and maintain calibration records in SAP.
- Ensure all critical instruments are calibrated as per defined schedules and procedures.

Instrument Maintenance

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant instrumentation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation-related issues to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure proper functioning of process instruments used in manufacturing, utility, and packaging areas.

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain calibration and maintenance documentation in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities related to instrumentation.

System Management

- Work effectively with SAP, QMS, and other quality management software applications.
- Generate reports, maintain records, and support data review activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of maintenance and calibration activities.
