Role & responsibilities
Relationship Officer Secured Finance
Key Responsibilities:
Source Secured Finance business through open market, referrals, connectors, and channel partners.
Generate leads for Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans, and other secured lending products.
Conduct customer visits, collect documents, and ensure timely login of cases.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Legal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
Maintain portfolio quality and achieve assigned business targets.
Build solid relationships with customers and business associates in the local market.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate with 0-3 years of experience in sales, BFSI, or secured lending.
Good local market knowledge and customer network.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Target-driven and willing to travel extensively.
Compensation: Up to 4.24 LPA CTC based on experience and fitment.
