Job Summary

We are looking for Sales Executives / Sales Officers to drive sales and distribution of our food and FMCG products across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG/food product sales, distributor management, retail sales, and market expansion and should be comfortable with field sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives for the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's distribution network.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective product availability and visibility.
- Generate new business through retailer and distributor acquisition.
- Manage existing distributor and retailer relationships and ensure regular order generation.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and product movement.
- Ensure proper execution of schemes, promotions, and company initiatives in the market.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with distributors for timely collections.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market updates,



and competitor feedback.
- Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate from a recognized university.
- 2-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, food, beverages, dairy, or consumer products.
- Experience in distributor/dealer handling and retail market development will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of the assigned local market.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with field sales.
