Work mode Work from office

Skills & Experience Required

We are looking for a Finance & Compliance Executive with robust hands-on experience in accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and MIS. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Advanced Excel, and financial reporting.

Mandatory Requirements:

- B.Com / M.Com with a strong academic record.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant Finance/Accounts experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime / ERP 9.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS and audit support.
- Good knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Experience in MIS and financial reporting.
- Power BI experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally Prime / ERP 9.
- Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow Statements,



MIS reports, and project reports.
- Handle Bank Reconciliation (BRS), ledger scrutiny, AP/AR, vendor bills and payments.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
- Perform GST reconciliation and support GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B filing.
- Handle TDS calculations, payments and quarterly returns (24Q/26Q).
- Maintain project-wise accounting, cost allocation and WIP tracking.
- Prepare Power BI dashboards and Advanced Excel financial models.
- Support RERA compliance and maintain project-related records.
- Coordinate with CA firms and auditors for statutory and internal audits.
- Prepare financial schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents for audits.
