Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop, maintain, and update Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and training programs for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk assessments, incident investigations reports, and other EHS documentation.
- Provide guidance on HSE best practices to employees at all levels within the organization.

Job Requirements :

- NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualification in Environmental Health & Safety Management System (EHSMS).
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in an engineering construction company as an Environmental Health & Safety Manager or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of ADIS/EHS management principles and practices.
- Proven track record of conducting successful safety audits using recognized methodologies such as OSHA VPP Star.
