Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate degree along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Fire & Safety Engineering.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a mall, retail, or super Mart environment.
- Willingness to Travel: Should be willing to travel across Punjab circles as required.
- Personality: Confident, articulate, and qualified.
- Training & Communication: Strong training, communication, and presentation skills.
- Language Proficiency: Good command of Punjabi Hindi and English.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Email, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-training capabilities.
