Your Role

- Lead GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI-SDLC transformation initiatives across engineering teams.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, Vector DBs, embeddings, and AI-powered engineering solutions.
- Drive adoption of SDD (Spec Driven Development) and AI-assisted software delivery practices.
- Integrate AI capabilities with GitHub, Jira, CI/CD, SonarQube, and developer toolchains.
- Define transformation roadmaps and engage stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.





Your Profile

- Solid hands-on expertise in GenAI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI development tools.
- Experience with Copilot, Claude, AI agents, and AI-driven software engineering practices.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering transformations (300+ engineers).
- Solid background in Java/.NET, Microservices, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and SRE.
- Excellent leadership, consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
