About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced COO who will run the internal healthcare machine across your 16 de-risked cities. Their daily mandate is operational velocity: cutting down clinical friction, streamlining patient discharge loops, and squeezing your group ALOS under 2.8 days.

Key Responsibilities

Must have managed end-to-end operations for large tertiary care hospital of 500+ beds.
Deep understanding of workflow integration for Xi Robotic Surgery, Day-care Laparoscopy,



and short-stay observation beds
Treat hospital bed like a high-speed aircraft - focus on safe occupancy and fast turnover
Create and implement explicit protocols to compress pre-op workups and post-op discharges
Strong clinical command to align Medical heads, Senior Consultants, Professors and Nursing Chiefs.
Must drive adoption of fast day-care protocols without compromising clinical outcomes.

Candidate Profile
Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) or MBA in Healthcare Operations is mandatory
Must be from premier institutes like TISS Mumbai, IIHMR, FMS, Goa Institute of Management, or equivalent
