Key Responsibilities

- Source Personal Loan business through DSAs, connectors and channel partners.
- Build, manage and expand the DSA network in the assigned geography.
- Generate quality leads and drive login, sanction and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.
- Develop strong relationships with DSA partners and other market intermediaries.
- Ensure quality sourcing and compliance with company policies.




- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for timely processing.
- Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Maintain strong business relationships and improve channel productivity.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate with 5+ years of Personal Loan sales experience.
- Strong and active DSA connector channel partner network.
- Valuable understanding of Personal Loan sourcing, conversion and disbursement.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Highly target-driven and commercially oriented.

Candidates with an established local DSA network will be preferred.
