Hiring: Sales Manager - SME | LAP | High-Value Secured Lending

We are looking for experienced SME Secured Lending sales professionals who can independently handle high-value lending opportunities and build a strong business pipeline.

Product: SME LAP Secured Lending

Ticket Size- 25 Lakhs - 5 Crores

Key Responsibilities

- Source and develop SME secured lending opportunities.
- Handle mid-to-large ticket-size lending proposals.
- Generate business through direct market sourcing, referrals, connectors and relevant channel networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME customers and business associates.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned market.
- Manage the sales cycle from sourcing and login through sanction and disbursement.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and other internal teams for smooth processing.




- Maintain quality sourcing while achieving assigned business and disbursement targets.
- Develop a sustainable pipeline of high-value SME secured lending cases.

Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of relevant experience in LAP, SME or Secured Lending sales.
- Proven track record of handling mid-to-large ticket-size loans.
- Solid understanding of SME secured lending products.
- Good local market relationships and customer acquisition capability.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently generate business and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Target-oriented with strong commercial and market understanding.

Candidates with strong experience in high-value LAP SME secured lending will be preferred.
