The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing dealer and retailer networks, generating new business, expanding market presence, managing collections, and strengthening relationships with farmers and channel partners.

Skills Required:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales/Marketing.
- Experience in Agri Input / Fertilizer / Crop Nutrition / Seeds / Pesticides / Agriculture-related products will be preferred.
- Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture / MBA Agribusiness / BBA / relevant qualification.
- Strong dealer, retailer, and farmer network handling experience.




- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong understanding of territory management and business development.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valuable knowledge of the local market and language will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented with strong execution and customer-handling skills.
