Job Summary

This position will be responsible for the delivery instruction/mentoring/consulting of employee educational services and/or technical training for neophyte LC, GC, software and basic applications in the CrossLab Education Center in Manesar-Gurgaon. It will work with internal organizations to develop specifications, design and conduct technical training courses for CSO employees.

Principle Duties/Responsibilities:

- Deliver assigned courses with approved material in classroom lectures, laboratory sessions and remote E-Learning sessions.
- Partnership with Product Support Teams to improve and develop material
- Maintain Laboratories and In Instruments in good condition. Control assets, consumables and spare parts.
- Maintain expertise in assigned products
- Mentor Certified Instructors in content and training delivery skills

Qualifications





- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of service experience supporting scientific instruments
- Has FSE training experience
- Results orientation / accountability
- Good communication and soft skills
- Self-motivated and has good organizational skills
