- Job Title : RECOVERY TEAM LEADER
- Location: Vijayawada
- Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 per month + Incentives
- Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the Recovery/Collections Team to achieve monthly recovery targets.

Handle field collections and hard-bucket/write-off accounts.

Drive the team towards achieving collection and recovery targets.

Monitor team performance and ensure effective follow-up with customers.

Handle escalations and support the team in difficult recovery cases.

Prepare and track daily/weekly recovery performance reports.

Candidate Requirements :

- 37 years of experience in Banking / NBFC Collections
- Experience in Team Handling / Team Leadership




- Strong experience in Collections & Recovery
- Write-off / Hard Bucket Recovery experience preferred
- Field Collection experience preferred
- Strong target-oriented approach and negotiation skills
- DRA Certification preferred
- Good communication and people-management skills
