- Plan, implement and oversee all the learning and development activities within a company
- Design training programs that are pertinent to certain roles or organisational goals in a company
- Ensure that learning materials and resources are easily and readily available to the learners
- Manage other aspects of learning, such as timelines and budgets, as a learning and development manager
- Assist, guide and advise employees who are undergoing training programs or who want to explore learning opportunities
- Hire learning and development specialists and be a point of contact between the company and the external trainers
- Assess the success and effectiveness of the training plans and make appropriate changes to them to further enhance their results within the scope of the learning and development manager role
- Personally conduct and facilitate training programs across functional, behavioral, leadership, and soft-skill areas.
- Adapt the training style according to the audience and their level of understanding.
