Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to own delivery outcomes across client-facing software, data, cloud, and AI projects. The role requires strong business understanding, technical awareness, customer communication, and end-to-end delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer business objectives, requirements, priorities, and success criteria.
- Act as a bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Own project delivery, milestones, dependencies, timelines, risks, and customer communication.
- Understand technical architecture, integrations, data flows, environments, and dependencies at a working level.
- Identify and resolve risks, blockers, resource issues, and delivery challenges proactively.
- Drive issues to resolution and ensure customer commitments are met.
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Business teams.
- Manage customer expectations and communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly.




- Bring structure to ambiguous requirements and drive teams toward measurable outcomes.
- Use AI tools to analyze requirements, understand new technologies, identify risks, prepare documentation, and improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Technical Delivery, Project/Program Management, Client Delivery, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of both business and technical discussions.
- Experience working with software, cloud, data, integrations, or AI environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify risks early and drive issues to closure.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and rapid-paced environments.
- Curious about technology with a willingness to continuously learn.
- Comfortable using modern AI tools for productivity and problem-solving.

Note: Strong technical professionals without a formal Delivery/Project Manager title are also encouraged to apply if they have demonstrated ownership of customers, requirements, teams, workstreams, or delivery outcomes.
