- Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders, inventory management, and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records using Tally software, updating customers on order status and delivery schedules.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to increase revenue growth.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in Collection and Sales Executive role in the furniture & furnishing industry.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Tally) for effective data management.
- Excellent customer handling skills with ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
