B. About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support project management activities across renewable energy initiatives, including planning, execution, and monitoring. The role involves providing end-to-end coordination, tracking project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, and facilitating effective stakeholder engagement to enable successful project delivery.

C. Detailed expectations from the role:

- Provide project management consultancy (PMC) support for development of solar, wind,



hybrid energy projects and RE projects including energy storage solutions
- Assist in bid process management, including RFP preparation, evaluation, and selection support.
- Assist in post-selection activities of developers, including coordination during project execution.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to planned schedules.
- Conduct field-level verification and assessment of project milestones and site activities.
- Support preparation and review of project schedules, DPRs, and progress reports.
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with developers, EPC contractors, utilities, and government stakeholders.

D. Required skill set

- Strong knowledge of renewable energy projects (solar, hybrid, floating solar, BESS).
- Understanding of Standard Bidding Guidelines applicable for RE Projects
- Techno commercial modelling & Analysis
- Experience in project management, scheduling, and monitoring tools.
- Experience in technical, legal or regulatory, and financial due diligence of RE project.
- Understanding of EPC contracts, project lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good stakeholder coordination and communication abilities.

E. Education and Experience

- Engineering graduate in any discipline with MBA/PGDM/PGDBM / M. Tech./ Post Graduate degree in Engineering/ Renewable Energy/ Energy/ Power Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the power or RE sector including atleast 3 year of the specific experience in the RE sector.

F. Location

- Base location shall be Jabalpur. However, the role would require the applicant to undertake travel for pursuing various opportunities.
