Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire Suite.
- Create and manage personalized customer communications for email, SMS, print, web, and mobile channels.
- Develop templates, forms, customer correspondence, statements, notices, invoices, and marketing communications.
- Configure and optimize Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, Automation, and Scaler components.
- Integrate customer data from CRM, ERP, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Implement dynamic content, business rules, personalization, and conditional messaging.
- Support campaign execution and customer journey communication requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing, business, product, and technology teams to understand communication needs.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support activities.
- Ensure compliance with branding, accessibility, regulatory, and governance standards.
- Analyze communication effectiveness and recommend optimization opportunities.
