We are hiring experienced AR Team Lead with strong expertise in Physician Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB) to manage end-to-end billing operations, ensure quality, and drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day PB/HB billing operations, including AR follow-up and denial management.
- Ensure accuracy, TAT compliance, and timely claim submission.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate billing associates.
- Analyze denial trends and support AR resolution.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Ensure process compliance and quality standards, including HIPAA requirements.
- Drive productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.

Required Skills:

- 7 years to 9 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, with strong experience in AR Physician Billing / Hospital Billing.
- Minimum 1 year of Team Lead experience (on paper).




- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, UB-04/HCFA and US insurance rules.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Experience in multi-specialty billing is an added advantage.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Valuable analytical and quality audit skills.
- Strong knowledge of denial management and AR follow-up.
- Ability to manage team performance and meet operational targets.
