Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise archiving solutions using OpenText Archive Center.
- Manage content archiving, retention policies, and information lifecycle management processes.
- Configure and administer Archive Center repositories and storage management.
- Integrate Archive Center with OpenText Content Suite, Extended ECM (xECM), SAP ArchiveLink, SAP ILM, ERP and CRM systems.
- Implement retention schedules, legal holds, and compliance policies.
- Support archive migrations, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
- Develop automation workflows related to archiving and records management.
- Monitor archive system performance and optimize storage utilization.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
- Collaborate with business and compliance teams to define archival requirements.
- Prepare solution designs, technical documentation, and operational procedures.

- Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture
- Understanding of performance engineering
- Knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques
- Basic understanding of project domain
- Ability to translate functional/non functional requirements to systems requirements
- Ability to design and code complex programs
- Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications
- Valuable understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
