Job Summary

Design and develop document processing solutions using OpenText Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).

Responsibilities

- Configure and manage document classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation.
- Develop OCR-based solutions for processing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents.
- Configure extraction models and train machine learning models for document recognition.
- Integrate OpenText IDP solutions with ECM, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain APIs, connectors, and automation workflows.
- Perform system configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Conduct testing, quality assurance, and production support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

Technical Requirement




- Domain->Digital Commerce->Intelligent Commerce
- Advanced conceptual understanding of at least one programming language
- Advanced conceptual understanding of one database and one operating system
- Understanding of software engineering with practice in at least one project
- Ability to contribute in medium to complex tasks independently
- Exposure to design principles and ability to understand design specifications independently
- Ability to run test cases and scenarios as per the plan
- Ability to accept and respond to production issues and coordinate with stakeholders
- Positive understanding of SDLC
