Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream.
- Create and customize document templates for statements, invoices, policies, contracts, notices, and customer correspondence.
- Develop and maintain Exstream applications, workflows, and automation processes.
- Build agile, personalized, and multi-channel communications (print, email, SMS, web, and mobile).
- Integrate Exstream with enterprise applications, databases, CRM, ERP, and content management systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable communication solutions.
- Ensure compliance with branding, regulatory, and customer communication standards.
- Troubleshoot document generation issues and optimize system performance.
- Support production deployments, upgrades, and release activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC lifecycle.

Technical Requirements




- Technology -> Digital Experience Platforms -> CS - Document and Records Management Platform -> OpenText Exstream
- Additional Responsibility Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture
- Understanding of performance engineering
- Knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques
- Basic understanding of project domain
- Ability to translate functional/non functional requirements to systems requirements
- Ability to design and code complex programs
- Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
