Roles & Responsibilities Solution Ownership

- Own JIVS Archiving solutions across SAP/S4 HANA landscapes.
- Lead design and implementation of custom archiving and retrieval solutions.
- Evaluate new SAP transactions and define archival strategies.
- Drive application modernization, upgrades, and migration initiatives.

Technical Leadership
- Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Provide guidance on JIVS architecture, integrations, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Application Support & Operations
- Lead L2/L3 support activities and critical incident resolution.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards.
- Ensure SLA, KPI, and operational compliance.
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.

Database & Infrastructure Management
- Design and optimize complex SQL queries and reporting solutions.
- Lead database performance tuning, indexing strategies, and patch management.
- Support infrastructure components including Tomcat,



Apache, and Azure-hosted environments.
