Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Liferay DXP/Portal.
- Develop and customize portlets, themes, layouts, hooks, fragments, and widgets.
- Build and deploy OSGi modules, services, and REST APIs.
- Implement content management, workflows, and personalization features within Liferay.
- Integrate Liferay with external applications, databases, and third-party systems.
- Develop custom solutions using Java, Spring Framework, JSP, JavaScript, and RESTful services.
- Configure and manage Liferay environments, deployments, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize portal performance.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, UX teams, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
- Follow Agile development methodologies and DevOps best practices.

Required Skills
- Solid experience with Liferay DXP (7.x) / Liferay Portal development.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC.
- Experience with OSGi Framework, Service Builder, and module development.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, and web services integration.
- Experience in creating custom portlets, themes, layouts, hooks, and extensions.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React or Angular.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with application servers such as Tomcat.




- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Understanding of portal security, authentication, authorization, and SSO implementations.
