Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using IBM FileNet Content Manager and IBM Case Manager.
- Configure and manage document repositories, content stores, and metadata models.
- Develop case management applications, workflows, and business processes.
- Customize and extend IBM Content Navigator (ICN) applications and plugins.
- Design and implement document lifecycle management and records management solutions.
- Develop integrations between FileNet and enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.
- Configure security models, access controls, and governance policies.
- Create and manage workflows using Process Engine and Case Manager.
- Support content migration, archival, and digitization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot performance, workflow, and repository issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Technical Requirement
- Primary skills:
Technology->Enterprise Content Management->IBM FileNet
- Additional Responsibility: Advanced conceptual understanding of at least one programming language
- Advanced conceptual understanding of one database and one operating system
- Understanding of software engineering with practice in at least one project
- Ability to contribute in medium to complex tasks independently
- Exposure to design principles and ability to understand design specifications independently
- Ability to run test cases and scenarios as per the plan
- Ability to accept and respond to production issues and coordinate with stakeholders
