Job Description

IndiaFilings is looking for a Senior Business Advisor to join our Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, B2B sales, or business advisory.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing the right business solutions, managing leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant IndiaFilings services.
- Advise clients on Company Registration, GST, Income Tax, Accounting, Trademark, Licensing, Compliance, and other business services.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.




- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
