Responsibilities

- Design and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe RTCDP.
- Configure and manage XDM Schemas, Datasets, Dataflows, and Data Lake integrations.
- Build and maintain Real-Time Customer Profiles and audience segmentation.
- Implement identity resolution and customer data unification strategies.
- Configure and manage data ingestion from various sources including CRM, web, mobile, and third-party systems.
- Develop and monitor ETL/data integration processes.
- Create and activate audiences across Adobe and non-Adobe destination platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.
- Follow Adobe best practices for governance, privacy, and data quality.
