Required Skills

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong Java development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Camunda BPM / Camunda Platform.
- Excellent knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and workflow/process automation.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Experience with Camunda 7 and/or Camunda 8.
- Good understanding of DMN and business rule implementation.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms is preferred.
- Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and cloud environments.
- Robust debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Camunda Zeebe and Camunda 8 architecture.
- Experience with Spring Cloud / Microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Experience in enterprise workflow transformation and process automation.
