Role & responsibilities

- Partner with Plant/Functional Heads and managers to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies
- Driving Employee Engagement and RnR in Plant
- Working closely with all functions & business units to address employee issues proactively
- Ensure effective execution of core HR processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, attendance, leave, confirmation, and separation
- Provide HR insights and solutions on workforce, productivity, organization structure, capability, and employee-related matters
- Drive manpower planning based on production requirements, business growth, absenteeism and attrition
- Build strong shop-floor connect through regular employee interactions, skip-level connects, and engagement forums




- Identify skill gaps and development needs within the business segment and create training and development programs to address these gaps
- Drive performance management processes, goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts high-quality talent
- Drive initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong experience of HRBP preferably in Manufacturing plant
- Robust understanding of employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and HR operations
