Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Program Coordinator to support retail expansion and store launch projects in Tirupati. The role combines project coordination, stakeholder management and basic business development.

Industry experience is not mandatory. We are open to candidates from different backgrounds with robust communication, coordination and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate multiple retail store projects and track timelines, tasks and deliverables.
- Coordinate with brands, vendors, contractors and internal teams.
- Maintain project trackers, checklists and MIS reports.
- Conduct site visits and track store setup and launch activities.
- Follow up with prospective brands and support lead generation.
- Coordinate brand meetings, proposals and follow-ups.
- Identify project issues and ensure timely resolution.




- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to management.
- Support the team in achieving brand onboarding and store launch targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-6 years of experience in coordination, operations, business development, sales or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with brands, vendors and multiple stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting prospects.
- English and Telugu communication skills preferred.
- Energetic, proactive and execution-oriented.
