Role & responsibilities

. Pre-litigation call intimation- As per selection of cases approved by NCM

2. Litigation initiation intimation- As per approved legal filing pool approved by NLM-AVP Legal

3. Post litigation intimation call- As per portal MIS of legal filed cases-Approved by CLT

4. Maintain MIS and update in records- All contactable cases records

5. Loss pool - As per system

Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports.
• Aware customers about legal consequence as per legal action
• Ensuring on-time payments of the customers.
• Ensure adherence of all commitments
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.

Preferred candidate profile

LLB Graduate - Telugu ,Kannada & Malayalam Speaking ,
