Role & responsibilities

- Developing strong engagement with community and public institutions for social harmony and achieving social as well as business synergies
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting of key projects
- Networking & relationship management with various stakeholders like tata group/government/NGOS/ Other CSR foundation fraternity/community
- Intra department coordination and collaboration with departments to ensure effective implementation of CSR programme, volunteering and Tata Affirmative action
- Coordination with all sites in the state and leading volunteering initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

Job specification*:

Education qualification - BSW/MSW/ Post graduation in any humanities related subjects

Work experience - 2+ Years

Open to extensive travelling at field level in remote locations

Solid in written and oral communications, MIS management and multiple projects management skills.

Local language is must
