Roles & Responsibilities

- Evaluate and process claims as per company policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards as per business requirements.
- Handle claim-related queries from claimants, providers and clients.
- Follow quality and process guidelines.
- Support multiple tasks and cross-training as required.
- Work from office and be flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers with a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- B.Com, B.Sc (Science/Maths/Physics) and other relevant graduates can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer and keyboard skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work from office.
