Role & responsibilities

1. FMCG Packaging Design

- Design packaging for FMCG products such as:
- Tea & Coffee
- Spices & Masala
- Pickles
- Papad
- Sauces & Jams
- Ayurvedic & Wellness products
- Gift packs and other consumer products

- Create designs for pouches, boxes, cartons, tins, jars, bottles, labels and other packaging formats.
- Develop attractive and commercially effective packaging concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency across different product categories.

2. Label & Artwork Design

- Create product labels from concept to final artwork.
- Prepare print-ready files according to printer/manufacturer specifications.
- Manage dimensions, bleed, dielines, CMYK, fonts, barcodes, QR codes and other packaging requirements.
- Make corrections and modifications based on production requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors/printers for artwork-related requirements.

3. Product Mockups

- Create realistic 3D product mockups for:
- Tea boxes
- Pouches
- Bottles
- Jars
- Tins
- Cartons
- Gift boxes

- Prepare product presentation images for management approval, websites and marketplaces.

4. E-Commerce Creatives

- Create product images and creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart and other marketplaces.
- Design product banners, promotional creatives and marketplace images.
- Create A+ content / enhanced product content where required.




- Prepare product comparison graphics and promotional images.

5. Digital Marketing Creatives

- Design creatives for:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- WhatsApp
- Website
- Google Ads
- Marketplace campaigns

- Create festival, promotional and product-launch creatives.
- Design social media posts, stories, banners and advertisements.

6. Branding & Product Development

- Work with the marketing and product teams to develop new product packaging.
- Create different design concepts for new products.
- Maintain brand guidelines, fonts, colours and visual identity.
- Adapt existing designs across multiple SKUs and pack sizes.
- Ensure designs are attractive, readable and suitable for the target customer.

7. Print & Production Coordination

- Coordinate with printing and packaging vendors.
- Check proofs before final printing.
- Ensure artwork matches approved specifications.
- Handle design corrections requested by production, management or vendors.
- Maintain an organised library of final and editable artwork files.

Required Software Skills

Robust working knowledge of:

- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe InDesign preferred
- Canva – preferred
- Basic knowledge of 3D/mockup software will be an advantage.
