Role Overview:
As a Clinical Specialist, you will act as the voice of the customer and product expert, ensuring users have a seamless and meaningful experience with our fertility monitoring solutions.You will combine clinical understanding, customer empathy, and problem-solving skills to guide users, resolve issues,



and provide actionable insights that enhance their health journey.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via calls, emails, and chat.
2. Understand user concerns, health context, and provide personalized guidance.
3. Act as a product and domain expert, explaining device usage and interpreting results.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device setup, app usage, and functionality.
5. Conduct product testing (device & mobile app) to proactively identify bugs/issues.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Biotech, Product, Engineering, AI) to improve user experience.
7. Maintain accurate customer records and prepare structured reports and feedback.
8. Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
