Finance Manager:

Role Purpose

To manage the Company's treasury operations, including cash flow management, banking operations, working capital management, foreign exchange exposure, fund utilization, and financial risk management, ensuring adequate liquidity and efficient financial control.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Flow Management

- Monitor, forecast, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash flows to ensure optimal liquidity.

Banking Operations

- Manage banking relationships, fund transfers, account operations, and coordination with financial institutions.

Foreign Exchange Management

- Handle forex exposure including forward contracts, import/export transactions, and forex loans.
- Monitor currency exposure and ensure effective hedging strategies.

Working Capital Management

- Manage facilities such as PCFC, CC, WCDL, and export-related funding activities.
- Optimize utilization of working capital limits.

Risk Management

- Monitor and mitigate currency risk and interest rate risk.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial controls.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

- Prepare reports on borrowing costs, interest analysis, and fund utilization.




- Support management with financial insights for decision-making.

Must-Have Skills

- Solid knowledge of treasury operations, banking products, and trade finance instruments (PCFC, CC, WCDL, LC, BG)
- Hands-on experience in forex management and hedging strategies
- Proficiency in cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization
- Strong understanding of RBI/FEMA guidelines relevant to treasury and forex
- Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills with banks/financial institutions

Good-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to treasury management systems (TMS) or ERP (SAP/Oracle)
- Knowledge of derivatives and interest rate risk management
- Experience in credit rating processes and bank facility renewals
- Understanding of corporate finance and capital markets

Experience Level

- 10 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking, or corporate finance, preferably in a manufacturing/export-oriented organization

Qualification Requirements

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent professional qualification
