Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide L2 production support for AI-enabled and full-stack applications, including incident triage, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Monitor application health, availability, capacity, and performance using Datadog and established operational practices.
- Design, implement, and support Python-based services and AI/ML platform capabilities hosted on AWS.
- Analyze application and infrastructure alerts, coordinate escalations, and drive issues through resolution while maintaining explicit operational records.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, business, and delivery teams to implement platform enhancements, integrations, and support automation.

Skills Required:

- 5 - 8 years of software engineering, application support, production support, or related technology experience,



including substantial experience supporting enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with application support, production support, and L2 troubleshooting for enterprise applications.
- Strong Python development and troubleshooting experience, with exposure to AI/ML or generative AI solutions.
- Experience managing or supporting workloads on AWS.
- Practical experience with Datadog or comparable application and infrastructure monitoring platforms.
- Ability to investigate complex technical issues across application services, integrations, APIs, and cloud environments.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Angular or React-based applications.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related discipline.
