Job Summary

Salad Days is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end warehouse operations in Mumbai, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely dispatches, stock accuracy, and smooth coordination with operations and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and minimize expiry/wastage.
- Manage warehouse manpower, attendance, shifts and productivity.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Central Kitchen and Stores teams.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Identify and control stock discrepancies, damages and losses.
- Maintain warehouse MIS, reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety,



hygiene, safety and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with vendors and transport partners for timely material movement.
- Drive improvements in warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy and cost control.

Candidate Profile

- 4–7 years of experience in warehouse/store operations.
- Experience in F&B;, FMCG, Retail or Food Distribution preferred.
- Graduate preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
- Good leadership and team-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work as per operational requirements.
