Responsible for leading, managing, and building the PMS business combining strong investment management with strategic business leadership. The role involves managing equity portfolios (long-only and long-short), driving AUM growth, and leading the investment team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and build the PMS business with clear focus on performance and scalability.
Manage and oversee equity portfolios across long-only and long-short strategies.
Drive AUM growth through business development, client acquisition, and retention.
Lead, mentor, and develop the investment and research team.
Ensure compliance with SEBI and internal governance standards.
Engage with HNIs, family offices, and institutional clients to strengthen relationships.
Requirements:
12–20 years’ experience in fund management/PMS/AIF, with exposure to long-short strategies.
Proven expertise in equity research, portfolio construction, and risk management.
Robust leadership, business development, and client management skills.
