Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive business growth.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, and staying organized.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in inside sales or related field (e.g., telesales, inhouse sales).
- Solid communication skills for effective cold calling and relationship-building with customers.
- Ability to work independently from home office environment while meeting deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles for generating leads through online channels.
