Position: PMO (Project Management Office)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced PMO professional with strong expertise in managing portfolios of technology projects, governance frameworks, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project governance, portfolio oversight, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee a portfolio of technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic goals.
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, standards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Monitor project health, risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization across multiple projects.
- Drive governance meetings, steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
- Coordinate with business, technology, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage technology vendors and third-party partners, including performance tracking, contract compliance, and service delivery reviews.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, policies,



and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, project metrics, KPIs, and management reports.
- Facilitate risk management, issue resolution, escalation management, and change control processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and financial tracking for project portfolios.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide portfolio insights and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

- Solid experience managing large-scale technology project portfolios and programs.
- Proven expertise in PMO governance, project controls, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management, supplier governance, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of technology project delivery lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies).
- Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
