Mode of Working: Work from Office (all 5 Days of Working)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Accounting Operations: Own all daily accounting transactions, ensuring accurate categorization, coding, and recording of expenses, revenue, and general ledger (GL) entries.
2. Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.
3. Financial Closure & Audit Readiness: Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures maintaining comprehensive and audit-ready documentation for external auditors.
4. GST Compliance and Accounting: Prepare monthly data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings.
5. Conduct monthly GSTR-2B reconciliations against vendor invoices to ensure accurate Input
6. Tax Credit (ITC) claiming. Must possess robust working knowledge of the Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM).
7. TDS Compliance & Accounting: Oversee Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) accounting, ensuring accurate deduction rates, timely ledger entries, and assistance with TDS return preparations/payments.
