About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Mobility Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React Native, proven experience managing a team of 6-8 developers, and strong client-facing and cross-functional communication skills.
The role requires a balance of technical leadership, people management, client interaction, solution design, and hands-on development.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead mobile application development using React Native.
- Design scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performance mobile architectures.
- Lead and mentor a team of 6-8 developers and drive technical best practices.
- Participate in requirement analysis, project planning, estimation, and sprint execution.
- Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and quality.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause resolution.
- Engage directly with clients for requirements, technical discussions, solutioning, and project updates.
- Drive effective communication and coordination across teams.
- Own mobile application releases and deployment coordination.
- Contribute hands-on to development and technical problem-solving whenever required.

Mobile Technologies

Leadership & Management Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience leading mobility/mobile development teams.
- Currently managing or recently managed a team of 68 developers.
- Strong hands-on experience with client communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience in requirement gathering, technical discussions, solutioning, and estimation.
- Strong cross-team communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong ownership, accountability, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Basic understanding of Node.js and backend APIs.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, or Microservices.
- Experience publishing and maintaining applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Exposure to SaaS or multi-tenant applications.
